ATHLETE CONTRACT MANAGER

Job Location: Oklahoma City / Norman Metro Area

Schedule: Full-time

Work Schedule: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends. Travel is irregular, but not impossible.

Work Type: In Person

Salary Range: Targeted salary $95,000 based on experience

Job Description: We are looking for an Athlete Contract Manager to oversee all contracts with Student-Athletes. This role negotiates and executes contracts directly with Student-Athletes. This role will liaise with appropriate parties across the space to ensure all parties have a favorable outcome.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and reporting contracts with Student-Athletes

  • Deliver favorable and reasonable outcomes balancing many stakeholder objectives under pressure and on time

 

Job Requirements:

  • Negotiation experience, preferably in the sports space

  • Strong understanding of the collegiate space

  • Spectacular interpersonal skills, including regular communication with Student -Athletes, senior leadership, and ancillary stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, J.D. preferred
