Meet Eli Nunez.

 

Elijah is a sophomore from Arlington, TX. By his sophomore year on the TCU Baseball team, he has made the 2021 Big 12 All-Freshman Team and the 2021 Shriners Hospitals for Children Classic All-Tournament Team.

 

He is your typical Texas guy - loves to fish and hunt,  prefers country/western music, specifically Zach Bryan and of course, is also into two-stepping! Elijah considers himself to be a very faith-based guy, his religion means everything to him. He has a family ranch and loves to spend time there and he grew up with his horse, Hank. He is a huge dog lover and is really interested in supporting adoptions. When he's not playing baseball, you can probably catch him playing frisbee or disc golf. He currently drives a BMW, but says he loves trucks and is really into transmissions/engines and his dream car is either a Duramax or Ford Raptor. Similarly to his teammates, he doesn't love watching baseball on TV. However, he does like to support all Texas teams, so he makes an exception for the Rangers.
