Kayla Reinhart

Marketing Analytics Manager at Vizient, Inc

Starting her career with an internship in Sports Marketing at the University of Texas at Arlington, Kayla identified ​her passion for marketing analytics. She went on to work as a Marketing Analyst at PMG Digital Marketing Agency, serving clients such as Sephora, J.Crew, and Beats by Dre. She then moved on to be a Sr. Marketing Performance Analyst at Thomson Reuters where she stood up an analytics function that helped increase marketing-attributed sales by nearly 50%. Currently, she is a Marketing Analytics Manager at Vizient Inc., where she manages a team of analysts and has led the charge to bring analytics in-house. She supports internal Vizient stakeholders in optimizing campaigns based on customer data, and in 2021 she helped Vizient reach its best reported annual revenue.


Kayla has been in and around sports her entire life. She grew up playing basketball and volleyball, and played Division I basketball at Boise State University from 2012-2015 where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She broke the three-point shooting percentage record in the Mountain West Conference, but that wasn’t enough. She was also a three-time All-Academic team member for BSU, and the women’s basketball representative for SAAC. Following her time at BSU, she attended The University of Texas at Dallas where she received her Master’s degree in both Business Analytics and Business Administration. She currently lives in DFW.
