About Us
We do it all.
Student-Athletes are finally allowed to profit off their own brand, yet most don’t have the time or experience to source, negotiate, and execute deals. Brands previously barred from working with Student-Athletes may not have the marketing resources or the knowledge about collegiate rules to execute deals for themselves. From these epiphanies, our business was born.
NIL for ALL Student-Athletes.
We’re uniquely qualified to deal with the emerging NIL space with over 35 years of sports marketing expertise enhanced by relevant technology application. This distinct mix delivers value for all of our Student-Athletes and the brands that want to work with them. We know how to turn Student-Athletes into marketing tools that provide a real ROI.
Meet The Team

Allie Miller is a co-founder at The Dubs Group
Previously she was a freelance sports and entertainment marketing manager. She has used the flexibility of her role to serve in many different capacities within the sports and entertainment landscape, including as the account manager for IBM’s sports and music properties, and as account manager for Ally Financials’ strategy in the sports and entertainment space.
Since July 2021, Miller has focused on collegiate NIL deals on behalf of existing and new clients, merging her collegiate experience with her most recent sponsorship expertise. Miller successfully sold and implemented several NIL deals, cementing her passion for this evolving space.
In 2019, Miller served as the head of the sponsorship department at Moontower Comedy delivering a 14% YOY growth in revenue. She moved to the Texas Stars (Dallas Stars’ AHL affiliate) where she led revenue growth through a Covid-impacted two seasons.
Out of college, Miller supported talent agents at Stanton & Co in Los Angeles, and leveraged the then-upcoming Olympic Games to match athletes with brands looking for sponsorships in the relevant space. Finding success in brand marketing, she spent the next few years at international sponsorship agencies, serving on the team of record for brands such as SNICKERS/M&Ms (MARS), AT&T, IBM, American Express, Ally Financial and SI Swimsuit across events like the Super Bowl, Final Four, Masters, GRAMMYs, US Open, and more.
During her college career she also served in various roles for the University of North Carolina’s Athletic Department, learning and growing in her favorite space: collegiate athletics. Specifically, Miller served as the lead ticketing intern during the Women’s Lacrosse Final Four, and as a student manager for the football team under Larry Fedora. She received two BA’s from the University of North Carolina in American History of Sport and Sport Management.
Following her wedding in May of 2021, Miller moved to Ft. Worth where she resides with her husband, Army Captain Jared Miller.

Ashley currently works as our Social Media Intern, but she also holds the valuable position as an active Student-Athlete! She is a volleyball player for Texas Wesleyan University & her insight into the mind of a Student-Athlete is immensely beneficial.
As a first generation college student, she takes her education very seriously and is majoring in Marketing and minoring in Theology. As a member of Gen Z, Ashley keeps us up to date on all relevant trends, while also ensuring that we are representing ourselves authentically on Social Media.
